Conference Registration Awards to ECC Conferences
Teachers who send 10 students to the conference receive 50% off registration for the next
conference.
Teachers who send 20 students receive the next
conference free.
In order to claim an award, contact the Conference Principal well before registration deadline.
Summer Scholarships for ECC Member Teachers
to the CCA International Summer School

emailed to all active ECC member teachers in January,
when/if teacher scholarship funding is available. The form is also included below.
Both full and partial scholarships may be awarded.

Applications are reviewed by the ECC teachers’ scholarship committee.
Recipients are announced at the General Meeting held during the Spring Conference.
Eligibility.
Teachers applying for the summer scholarship must be members in good standing with the CCA at the time of application. This means that CCA annual dues must be up-to-date, and applicant must have attended at least
one national conference or two full local conferences in the past three years (unless applicant is a teacher new to the method who has not been a member for multiple years). Applicant must also be an active, supportive member of the ECC.
Requirements of recipients.
Recipients are expected to fully attend and participate in syllabus classes, and attend special events held at the Teacher Training Summer School.
Recipients are responsible for their own transportation costs.
Decisions.
Decisions on the number of teachers sponsored and partial vs. full scholarships are made by the ECC Teachers' Scholarship Committee based upon the amount of funding available in a given year.
From our general membership, by application each year and pending available funding, we hope to send multiple members to represent the ECC at the CCA Summer School. These may be young teachers with promise who have already demonstrated exceptional commitment to the method, and/or established teachers who have contributed much to the ECC/CCA over the years. Don't be shy -- apply! Our conferences were established originally to support the continuing education of our teacher members.
Our current Committee Chairman and Conference Principal are automatically considered. CCA Examiners on our local committee who are required to attend the national seminar but who receive only tuition assistance toward this from the CCA may also be considered.

ECC current Board Chairman, ECC immediate past Board Chairman, ECC Conference Principal, ECC Examiners, ECC Scholarship Chairman.
These consult with the ECC Treasurer regarding available funds in any given year.
